I see you, committed couples, trying to find time and resources to deepen your connection in the midst of a hectic life.

I see you feeling stuck in relational habits that feel frustrating — communication feels inauthentic or you feel like you have a hard time hearing each other, as though you've started speaking a different language. I see you struggling with a difference of desire, or your intimacy feeling forced or routine.

This group is for committed couples who are ready to accept the challenging (and fun!) quest of leveling up their connection. Perhaps you've done some couples therapy and you are hungry to learn more about intimacy through communication, touch, and eroticism. This workshop creates an informative and guided space to explore how to rewire your old habits to create more meaningful engagement between you. 

In this one-day workshop, you will discover a whole-body way of relating that brings out the best in you and your partner.

I will take you through a refreshing zoom-in with your partner where you get to work together to press into your personal edges with compassion and inspiration.

Here's what we'll do:

• Explore fundamental intimacy skills by mapping out the "we" of the two of you in your full-bodied selves, your resilience, and in your challenges

• Practice whole-body communication and touch

• Redefine your sexy time to be meaningful and doable for you in your present-moment bodies and life context

• Create a shared language for emotional and intimate connection

• Level up your intimacy in real-time, together

In this full-day workshop, you will have the chance to practice new skills with your partner in real-time with an ample lunch break for rest and integration.
